With the high-quality AESCULAP® suture instruments from B. Braun, the Suture Set Pro offers the optimal equipment for professional suture training. The included AESCULAP® instruments are characterised by a high quality standard and include in this set: a scalpel handle, a pair of forceps, a needle holder with carbide insert and a pair of surgical scissors. The solid quality and fine workmanship guarantee long-term use even beyond training on the suture pad. The instruments can be conveniently stored in the practical bag made of imitation leather (vegan).

 

With its selection of wounds of different depths, the suture pad enables lifelike training with adaptation of the skin and closure of the subcutis in various degrees of difficulty. Epidermis, subcutis and muscularis differ in colour and texture. With the three different needle-thread combinations from Braun, skin, subcutaneous or intracutaneous sutures can thus be trained realistically.

 

Our suture pads can be used several times after incision, are tear-resistant and retain their shape and texture even after repeated use. With the practical pad holder, the suture pad can be placed in a vertical or horizontal position, as required.
